We are seeking a talented individual to join our Singapore Asia Placement Hub billing team at Marsh McLennan Asia Business Services. This role will be based in Kuala Lumpur Shared Services Operations Office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Singapore Asia Placement Hub Billing Team
Responsible for supporting the billing processes in the Singapore Asia Placement Hub (APH) team with typically the day-to-day process is to verify and issue invoices from request provided within the stipulated TTI (time to invoice) timeframe
This role ensures accurate and timely processing of premium bills, reconciliation of payments, and assistance with client inquiries. The coordinator will work closely with various teams, including onshore, finance, and customer service teams, to maintain smooth operations and in resolving any billing discrepancies
We will count on you to have:
Billing Management: Assist in the preparation, issuance, and tracking of insurance premium invoices for clients and partners. Ensure that billing cycles are maintained, and invoices are issued accurately and on timeCustomer Support: Respond to client billing inquiries, addressing concerns related to invoices, payments, and account statusesMonth end Closing: Ensure all billing requests are billed within the stipulated EOM (end of Month) closing and provide positive synergy in collectively clearing the billing queue prior end month closeProcess Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in the billing process and recommend improvements to enhance accuracy, reduce turnaround time, and improve the overall TTI time frameCompliance: Ensure that all billing processes comply with internal policies and external regulations. Always adheres to Company policies and performance standardsContributes to the achievement of Operations team Service Level Agreements (SLA) , Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and business objectivesWhat you need to have:
Minimum of bachelor’s degree in any field.2-5 years' relevant working experience in an insurance billing, operations, or a related field. Candidates from a finance shared service environment would also be considered.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.High Proficiency in using billing software and MS Office Application.Good communication and interpersonal skills.What makes you stand out?
