Summary:
This position is responsible for the ongoing maintenance and operation of the Horizon Laboratory and Anatomic Pathology Information Systems, including Outreach Lab, interfaces, and reporting. This position's responsibilities include system testing, implementation, end-user training, and support. The incumbent also will be responsible for preparing routine and ad hoc statistical and management reports as needed.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
2. Five (5) years of healthcare experience and in-depth knowledge of laboratory operations and medical testing procedures is required.
3. A high level of computer software and programming knowledge and competency in the use of Excel and Word programs is required.
4. Excellent people and organizational skills, as well as training and experience in education techniques are required.
5. A team player who enjoys a challenge, has an aptitude for detail-oriented work, and employs a self-motivated results-oriented approach is required. 6. Time management, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to initiate projects independently, and ability to work on multiple projects at one time is required.
Pay Range: $39.19 - $58.79
