Position Summary Ensuring all procedures of Limousine services provided to guests of Galaxy Macau and partner hotels are performed to the company’s standards. Assist when necessary to ensure optimum service to guests/visitors.Primary Responsibility - Station at the counters, greet guest and answer all enquiries from guests for limousine services. - Answering all incoming phone calls over the limousine coordinator mobile and control limousine order taking and dispatch vehicle with key. - Ensure all the information for each errand is clearly recorded, such as time, location and the name of the guests; and assist guests for limousines at the pick-up and drop-off points. - Work closely with transportation officer (dispatchers) to ensure all the reservations are updated constantly in Fleet Management System. - Coordinate job orders with the chauffeurs and guests so as to ensure chauffeurs acknowledged destinations clearly. - Ensure enough limousines standby at Jinmen lounge entrances for valuable high limit ad-hoc guests. - Follow up with the guests that their limousine reservations are ready on timely manner. - Ensure well utilization of the standby limousines and well balanced at each counters and all ad-hoc as well as pre-booked limousine are followed. - Ensure pre-booked reservations in Fleet Management System are dispatched on time and ready, follow up with booker on unclear reservations. - Ensure monitoring of vehicle under GPS tracking system and properly managed and liaising with transportation officer that GPS tracking system is constantly in operation. - Spot check all limousines staging at Jinmen lounge entrance reminding and ensuring all chauffeurs replenish amenities as well as keep limousine in tip top conditions and ready for the next errand. - Prepare all document/amenities for next use (vehicle key, meal break, checklist, duty schedule logsheet). - Prepare all vehicle schedule for car wash. - Monitor service standard of our contracted limousine service provider, the conditions and cleanliness of vehicles, all chauffeurs are professionally well groomed when standby. Communicate with related company whenever issues arise. - Communicate with chauffeurs for breaks as per schedule. - Record any incidents or unfulfilled reservations in log book for follow up. - Never argue with either internal or external guest or even let other associates argue, stay calm ensure obtain all details and ensure follow up action is provided to the superior if it cannot be handled. - Escalation to superior if any cases or follow up actions is out of their ability or empowerment. - Complete any ad-hoc assignments from Supervisor / Assistant Manager – Limousine, such as work overtime to support the high guest demand on limousine services.Requirements - High school Education or equivalent experienced preferred - Hotel Transportation experience is an advantage - experience with computers or word processors - Speak and understand Cantonese, Mandarin and English - Maintain good inter-departmental relationships - work any day of the week and any shift - Able to work outside under hot and cold weather conditions - Have a well groomed, professional appearance.
