Join the European Marketing organization in Global Merchant Services. Global Merchant Services Marketing works on strengthening Amex network, maximizing acceptance and attracting prospect merchants. GMS Marketing liaises with internal and external stakeholders to drive profitable growth, accelerate coverage and enhance the value of Amex acceptance.
How will you make an impact in this role?
You will be responsible for:
Contributing to the execution of GMS driven Out-of-home marketing campaigns, both local and inbound target (merchant dominations, airport campaigns) Supporting the localization of marketing international campaigns (small merchants, payment facilitators) liaising with local and regional stakeholders Supporting marketing campaigns and events driving coverage, POC and NPS, such as Shop Small always on activities, and market specific initiatives Executing Small Merchant communication plan and tracking the results Supporting on governance and control related activities Contributing to campaigns/projects measurement and analysisMinimum Qualification:
Degree and experience in digital marketing, advertising, communication; Fluent in Italian and English; Good knowledge of Microsoft Office main applications, mainly Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat; Relationship management, collaboration and negotiation skills with ability to influence others; Analytical Skills and strategic thinking; Ability to work independently, working as a part of the local Team and regional extended team; Strong organizational skills including attention to detail, managing timelines, driving flawless execution.We back our colleagues and their loved ones with benefits and programs that support their holistic well-being.
