We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Coordinator Marketing Logisitic and Inventory (f/m/d) to join our team. This role focuses on managing and optimising the flow of goods, inventory processes and logistics operations to support the successful execution of fashion collections. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role as a liaison between various departments and partners, ensuring seamless operations from sample management to global shipping. This role requires to work ideally five days per week on-site at the company campus, ensuring close collaboration with teams and hands-on management of logistical and inventory operations.

What you can expect:

\n\tOversee and maintain the sample parts warehouse, managing inventory tracking, capacity planning, and process optimization.\n\tMonitor the flow of goods to ensure availability and timely delivery, handling both domestic and international shipments.\n\tPrepare and manage partner fittings, coordinating shipping and logistical arrangements for special transport.\n\tOrganize and execute the removal of packaging materials and manage outlet shipments, ensuring compliance with customs regulations.\n\tAct as a key interface between logistics, customs, brand management, and partners to ensure smooth collaboration.\n\tFacilitate fitting appointments, ensuring logistical preparation and follow-up.\n\tAnalyze and improve inventory and logistics processes, planning resources effectively to meet operational needs.\n\tMaintain detailed records and provide regular updates on inventory levels and logistics performance to management.\n

 

Your profile:

\n\tProven experience and understanding of logistics processes including shipping, customs and inventory management.\n\tStrong coordination and organisational skills with attention to detail.\n\tProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for inventory tracking and reporting.\n\tGood communication and interface management skills with the ability to work across teams and partners.\n\tReliability and a proactive approach to problem solving.\n\tA strong team player with a passion for fashion and familiarity with industry operations.\n\tFluent in English and German; additional language skills (e.g. French or Spanish) a plus.\n
