License/Certifications Required:
Maintain CPR / AED , First-Aid, and Instructor Certifications in order to serve as an instructor for UREC .
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Master’s degree in a related area
+ Practical experience as a facility supervisor and/or understanding of collegiate recreational facilities services.
+ Experience providing student leadership development opportunities in a college recreation setting.
+ Active involvement in higher education national organizations ( NIRSA , NASPA , etc)
Type of Position: Full Time Position
Work Schedule/Hours: 11:00am-8:00pm, Monday-Friday, some nights and weekends; ability to work occasional evenings, holidays, and weekends flexibly with regular weekday office hours. Availability to be on call.
