The Coordinator of Therapeutic Services (CTS) will be responsible to assure each Group Home program provides a safe and therapeutic program. They will assess, observe, support and mentor the teams to assure full implementation of BMCT, TCI and Berkshire’s standard of excellence.
Job Responsibilities
Develops systematic structures with leadership to monitor and evaluate quality and appropriateness of therapeutic setting and services. Actively engages leadership in communicating continuous improvement activities through reporting, periodic meetings and communications with Serves as the program coordinator with the training department to assure all training is incompliance within UKG. Supports leaders in the GH to know what needs to be completed and supports the team with training, coaching and mentoring. Assure monthly training initiatives are reviewed in team meetings and communicated to staff. Coordinates with the training department with all new hires, new hire training plans and completes the on the job training and mentoring of new team members. Collaborates with leadership to identify training Coordinates, develops and conducts training programs including developing curriculum and training materials and determines appropriate instructional method. Partners with leadership on responses to staff services, focus groups and staff feedback. Monitors and evaluates individual and aggregate data of all training and development initiatives and Contributes and makes recommendations for program policies, protocols and procedures, state/deferral regulations and COA standards related to group home program development and service delivery. Consults with management regarding risk reporting protocols, corrective actions related to incident risk assessment, follow up plans, reducing future risk and program outcomes Completes camera reviews and walk through of houses and documents them with in our EHR. Reviews data in the EHR related to camera review and house walk throughs and partners with Director for completion and follow up. Attends agency and external meetings as Adheres to agency policies and procedures; follows and supports agency mission, vision and values including participating in internal surveys and data collection for continuous improvement Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Minimum of Associate's Degree, bachelor's preferredMinimum 1-3 years of experience in Group Home or Residential setting
Experience in training, data analytics, working in not-for-profit/ child welfare Must have a current and valid driver's license with acceptable driving history to the Agency.Statewide travel is required approximately 50% for the position. Must have access to a reliable vehicle with appropriate insurance. Must maintain TCI and First Aid/ CPR certifications. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends as needed.
