How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Position Title: Operations Coordinator
This position will do data entry into the SAP system to do transfers, run reports and keep inventory correct. Will help fill cylinders and do cylinder counts as needed. Ensure FDA compliance.

JOB DUTIES AND INFORMATION

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 6:30 am to 3:00 pm

Does computer work in SAP

Creates transfers between the plant and branches

Runs daily reports

Keeps inventory up to date and corrected

Leads bulk inventory every month

Does cylinder counts

Operates a forklift as needed

Will fill cylinders as needed

Ensure FDA compliance

QUALIFICATIONS

Computer skills with comprehensive knowledge of computer order entry systems.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to work independently and under some pressure to meet deadlines.

Ability to routinely lift 25 - 50 lbs., and occasionally lift 51 - 80 lbs., frequent bending.

Ability to perform work during prolonged standing up to 8 hours.

Ability to become forklift certifie
