Coordinator - Packaging

Position Summary:

This role of this position will be to supervise and to ensure all the machine shipment related activity are completed according to the process & plan.

Work You’ll Do:

Responsible for preparing Part list related to Release / Run off Machines.Responsible for physical Retrieval of FOC Spares.Responsible to supervise the contractual employees for final packaging, painting, and labelling.Responsible for preparing Data preparation, MIS and data entry into ERP system.Responsible for shift released machines from Run off to Shipment Cell.Responsible to ensure machine skid mounting both for Local / Export.Responsible to Co-Ordinate shortages internal department i.e. Assembly / Paint Shop / CWS / Spares / Purchase etc.Responsible to make sure of taking Shipping Machines Photographs & also save the same in folders as a history. 

Team:

This position will be part of Machine shipment team, and the position will work as coordinator in packaging.

Basic Qualifications:

The candidate should be from Commerce or arts background preferably BCom or BA

Experience:

With minimum experience of 3 years and knowledge of ERP system
