ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Under the supervision of the Manager Quality Control, assist with the quality of projects and ensure applicable folders are created and shared appropriately. Will ensure accurate completion and integrity of project photos and store them in the appropriate Close Out Package (COP) folders. Thoroughly review project photos and coordinate with the Operations Manager and Quality Assurance Manager to ensure photo specifications are in compliance with scope of work and addresses any issues or concerns (i.e. punch list corrections). Verify billing is aligned with submitted project photos. Travel occasionally. Other responsibilities as directed by Supervision QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and SKILLS High school diploma or equivalent Must be able to orally and in written form communicate professionally and effectively with all staff and vendors. Must have the ability to meet deadlines, establish deadlines and prioritize daily workload. Self starter with strong organizational skills, and a problem solver. Entry-level proficiency in composing effective and efficient Excel reports and correspondence. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Suites software. Ability to exercise sound judgment in evaluating situations and in making decisions. Attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy and quality to minimize risk of errors. Strong ability to work remotely without being distracted. Able to work in a fast paced, time sensitive environment with extensive hours. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. REASONING ABILITY Carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
