Coordinator Quality Control Field
Prince Telecom, a national leader in the telecommunications field, is hiring for a Quality Assurance Coordinator. This position will be responsible for ensuring the quality of all property design packets as well as working with/training MXU designers. What You'll Do...... ● Ensure that all designs are completed in accordance with customer specifications. ● Provide training for employees working within the department. ● Professionally represent Prince Telecom in virtual meeting ● Identify performance issues and report said issues to direct leadership. ● Review MSO QC related issues and implement corrections needed into designs. ● Must be able to read blueprints and fiber prints. ● Communicate effectively with other team members and management. ● Other duties as assigned. What You'll Have..... ● Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. ● Must pass extensive background investigation and drug screen. ● Excellent customer service skills. ● Excellent oral and written communications skills. ● Computer proficiency with Google, Excel and Word.
