Within this department is the Centralized Merchant Team Australia, whom responsible for delivering a vibrant network by retaining, protecting and growing card acceptance in small merchants and continuing to improve their satisfaction in having Amex as one of their preferred payment partners. Adding more Amex accepting merchants to our network is one of the key priorities of GMS and with an aim to drive a superior service and experience. **How will you make an impact in this Role:** We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate with strong customer service and communication skills.
