Job DescriptionTo assist handling RFQ and rate enquiry for Salesmen’s account.To handle incoming sales call and perform formal correspondence on behalf of salesmen when they have sales visit outside the office.To set up handling procedure for Salesmen’s account.To perform monitoring function, especially in trial period of new secured business, ensure customer service compliance.To assist in safeguarding strategic relationships with Salesmen’s account.To participate in customer service reviews, customer satisfaction surveys and making analysis for designated account.To meet customers with Sales Manager for procedure set up or quality review (if required).To act as coordinator among different departments and gather related market information for salesmen to develop business.To prepare customized data analysis report of listed customers for salesmen to review.To reflect new business opportunity to the Sales Department and report to Operation Department for service failure.To assist in maintaining the SISW or DLSOP system for Salesmen’s account.

Qualifications

University graduate or F.7 with 3 years proven related working experience. Outgoing character with excellent communication skill and telephone manner.  Fluent spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin.  General PC knowledge for dealing with email correspondence and Windows application.

Additional InformationStrong analytical mind with keen business acumen, ambitious and self-motivated.

Fluent in written and Spoken English & Mandarin and must be presentable. Have a clear vision on the position applied and a close business relationship with shipping lines is necessary.
