Applications will be accepted up to 90 days after the posting date, or until the position is filled (whichever is first). **Job Summary:** The Coordinator Security/Health & Safety/Workplace Services assists the Corporate Manager of Security/Health & Safety and Workplace Services’ Office Manager in supporting safe and secure operation of business at Vail Resorts Corporate Office. Business operations will include daily staffing of the front desk, visitor management, vendor interaction, access control, and other security duties. This role requires exceptional employee and guest service skills, previous office coordinator and/or security experience, and the abilities to work under pressure and handle complex tasks. **Job Specifications:** + Outlet: Corporate + Expected Pay Range: $21.57 - $29.54 / hour + Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time, Year Round + Other Specifics: Hybrid **Job Responsibilities:** + Staff the front desk daily, greeting, monitoring, and assisting Vail employees, guests, and vendors + Manage the company’s access control and vendor/visitor management systems for the corporate office + Conduct regular office and building exterior patrols to observe and report any Health & Safety or Security related issues + Fulfill the role of security lead for Vail Resorts suites and respond to security issues, supporting corporate H&S duties/programs (eg. case management for incidents, incident action plans and reviews, AED management, ect.) + Conduct corporate security and safety audits to ensure the office remains compliant to company policies, procedures, and guidelines + Manage the Emergency Response Plan program and work with the Corporate Emergency Response Team + Respond to after-hours alarm incidents as part of the monitoring call list + Liaise with local emergency services in partnership with Vail Resorts security leadership team (on site contact) + Acquire and maintain certification in First Aid/CPR/AED + Serves as backup in the mailroom and other responsibilities as requested by the corporate security manager and office manager + Assist with large in-office events **Job Requirements:** + High school diploma or equivalent + 1+ years of office experience or similar experience + Valid driver’s license + English required. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to inform cross-functional teams, business and vendor partners + Flexibility with schedule to accommodate off-hour projects + Able to lift up to 30 lbs. + Able to operate an automatic vehicle + Able to walk short to moderate distances + Experience with Microsoft Office + Experience with office equipment (printer, copier, fax, scanner, etc.) + Previous customer service experience The expected Total Compensation for this role is $21.57 - $29.54.
