Focusing on intersectional cultural mentorship, programming, and student resources, this position will provide support to all students, with a particular focus on students from underserved communities and the online degree seeking population in the Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts. The distinct, but interconnected functional areas of student cultural mentorship, programming, equitable student support and navigation will encompass various responsibilities that directly impact the student experience. The Coordinator Senior, Student Engagement and Success position reports to the Assistant Director of Student Engagement.
