Coordinator-Simulation Center Position Summary
The Simulation Center Coordinator provides coordination and support of the Simulation Center and Medical Education Department. The Simulation Center Coordinator, in collaboration with the Designated Institutional Official, Medical Director of Procedural Service and Training, Administrative Director of Medical Education and GME Program Director(s) plans, coordinates, implements, and evaluates the experiences within the Simulation Center.
Coordinator-Simulation Center Position Requirements
Education
Associate degree or three (3) years of coordinator and administrative experience requiredPreferred Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university Preferred experience in a graduate medical education or healthcare medical education setting
Experience
Minimum of two years administrative experienceExperience coordinating Simulation experiences preferred Experience using Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook required Experience with medical terminology preferred Experience with medical education (undergraduate and graduate) preferred Coordinator-Simulation Center Schedule Non-exempt position Monday- Friday day shift May have to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Coordinator-Simulation Center Benefits
At TidalHealth, team members working at least 36 hours per pay period based on 12-hour shift schedules or at least 37.5 hours for non 12-hour shift schedules and part-time team members working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.
