Coordinator Space Planning
Overview Travel during the daytime shift, 2-3 times per month going to different OSF sites within Central IL will be required. Expected pay for this position is $28.44 - $33.46/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. POSITION SUMMARY: Provides strategic space and occupancy planning expertise, long term supply and demand planning, real estate strategy, workplace design, complex space analysis and space efficiency within OSF’s real estate portfolio. This role is responsible for supporting the Real Estate division efforts that are driven by OSF’s business and objectives. The primary responsibility will be to coordinate with leadership to identify goals, create and implement space and occupancy strategies and plans that optimize staff experience. Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High School/GED Experience: 2 years experience in space management, urban design, urban planning, environmental studies, building construction technology or real estate related field OR Bachelors Degree in related field of space management, urban design, urban planning, environmental studies, building construction technology or real estate related field. Working knowledge of Revit, with the ability to prepare basic drawings from field surveys and other documents. Working knowledge of drafting tools, surveying/measuring instruments, and drawing reproduction equipment. Other skills/knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented. Working knowledge of technical drawing standards, practices and symbols. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: Knowledge of business administration, planning, and project processes. Demonstrated knowledge, skill and ability to manage computer-based facilities and space management systems, including use of GIS and CAD. OSF or related firm (Architecture, etc) internship is preferred. Other skills/knowledge: Knowledge of business administration, planning, and project processes.
