What you'll do:
Program Leadership
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale T&D projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations.Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and budgets, leveraging Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with product owners, business units, and end users to gather requirements and ensure that project objectives meet operational needs.Facilitate workshops and meetings to engage stakeholders, address concerns, and solicit feedback throughout the project lifecycle.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate efforts among engineering, IT, and OT teams to foster a collaborative environment and ensure seamless integration of systems.Act as the primary point of contact between cross-functional teams, promoting effective communication and collaboration.Operational Technology Management
Oversee the implementation and optimization of OT systems, ensuring reliability, security, and compliance with industry standards.Evaluate emerging OT technologies and assess their potential impact on operational efficiency and safety.IT/OT Integration
Drive the convergence of IT and OT systems, facilitating data sharing and enhancing operational visibility.Implement CI/CD practices to ensure rapid development and deployment of applications that support T&D operations.Standardization and Best Practices
Develop and enforce standardized processes and best practices for project management, system integration, and operational procedures.Document and disseminate lessons learned to promote continuous improvement across projects.Change Management
Lead change management initiatives to support teams through transitions related to new technologies, processes, or organizational structures.Provide training and resources to ensure that team members are equipped to adapt to changes effectively.Performance Monitoring and Reporting
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and operational efficiency.Prepare and present regular performance reports to executive leadership and stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and outcomes.Risk Management
Identify potential risks associated with projects and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on timelines and deliverables.Conduct regular risk assessments and adjust project plans accordingly to ensure successful outcomes.Continuous Improvement
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing project processes and outcomes.Implement feedback mechanisms to gather insights from stakeholders and drive enhancements in project delivery
What We're Looking For:
Coordinator Sr (Progrsm Manager) Grade 7
Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited university or college or an associate's technical degree and 6 years of experience in design, operations, planning, construction or maintenance of systems and/or equipment.
Experience: Typically requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in work activities and projects requiring technical knowledge.
Coordinator Prin ( Program Manager Prin) Grade 9
Education requirements are listed below: A Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited university or college or an Associate's technical degree and 10 years of experience in design, operations, planning, construction or maintenance of systems and/or equipment.
Work Experience requirement listed below: Typically requires 10 or more years of experience in work activities and projects requiring technical knowledge.
Required License(s)/Certification(s) are listed below: Must possess a professional or trade certification such as a CCMP, CETa, IQCP, PMP, etc. before the progression into this level.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Demonstrate the highest standards of ethical behavior and support the Company's Corporate Compliance Policy.Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills backed by an enthusiastic approach and a diligent client focus.Ability to interface and work well with different levels of individual contributors and management is required.Experience in business unit operations and business acumen strongly preferred.Understanding of business unit financial and operations systems and databases preferred.Is proactive in responsibilities and does not wait for direction from management to conduct work.What you'll get:
