Your duties will include but are not limited to the following:
Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and equipment setup. Administer the health and safety Programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Develop, maintain, and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and assessments. Coordinate with instructors to ensure they are aware of training schedules, materials, and requirements. Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, assessment results, and certification. Ensure that all training activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, visitors, and employees. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfactionTo be considered for the position, you must meet the following requirements:
Grade 12 Certificate Degree in Health and Safety or equivalent Accredited TEVETA Trainer & Assessor Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a Health and Safety training role, preferably in the Mining Industry Demonstrated analytical and reporting skills Good Interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Clean Class B or C manual Driver’s licenceWhat We Can Offer You:
