Together with our employees we constantly strive to create a better world of mobility.Job Responsibilities:The Coordinator Vehicles is responsible for receiving inbound shipments in compliance with Magna’s processes and applicable customs laws. This role plays a key part in the escalations and communication with multiple sources. Works with within supply chain and monitors logistics processes, administrative tasks, and verifies customer demands are facilitated. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to managing inbound materials flow.
Job Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain accurate records of delivery documentation and electronic data interfaces for multiple systems.Analyze and initiate procurement process of missing documents from multiple sources and have strong knowledge of customs laws.Facilitate and maintain supplier communications and logistics requirements, vehicle registrations, traffic control systems, security communications, report distribution. Provide exceptional customer service, complete tasks autonomously, maintain systems data on transmission errors, invoicing, purchase orders, and complaint reporting.Ability to work OT as needed.Who we are looking for:
Education with a commercial focusApprenticeship diploma, or skill trade with commercial focus2 - 3 years automotive experienceSAP Knowledge & VISIOMicrosoft Office Suite (Required)Preferred:
