Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detailed oriented professional to join our team as a Co-Pack & Demand planner. This hybrid role bridges co-packing operations in the initial stages of the supply chain with demand planning for the final stages. If you have a knack for planning, analysing, and ensuring supply chain efficiency, this role is perfect for you. This vacancy will be a 12 months contract. Responsibilities Demand planner: The Demand Planner is mainly responsible for forecasting the mid to long term forecast (16-104wk) but also works within the short-term scope if required. This means his/her forecast should as accurate possible, within Forecast Accuracy and Bias targets, to support service, production planning as well as iS&OE and iS&OP business planning. With this forecast the business can execute these critical processes and prepare itself for multiple tactical and strategic decisions. CoPack planner: The Copack Coordinator must make sure we can deliver our customers repack materials (mixboxes and displays) right first time with focus on production of inners until delivery at the customer. Focus will be on short term (operations, planning, production) but also 3PL management to manage external parties. Qualifications Functional expertise: Bachelor of master degree (preferably in Supply Chain, Engineering, BA or related fields) or proven strong thinking/ problem solving skills - able to identify and remove obstacles to progress Experience 3PL management and repacking activities Additional certificates on continuous improvement and problem solving (e.g.Lean Six Sigma) are an advantage Excellent communication skills to interact with the various commercial functions, procurement, finance and sourcing functions (Demand/supply planning & Manufacturing plants) Able to transform data and information into meaningful insights. Computer literate: Excel, Word, Power Point & solid understanding of production planning systems and WMS You have a can-do attitude with a pro-active and solution driven approach; You are analytical, service driven and able to balance well between service and costs; You are communicative, with a high energy level and you easily integrate in a dynamic team, Fluency in Dutch and English
