Join our team of experts and be part of an innovative culture that puts customers at the heart of everything we do.   Position OverviewThe Print Team’s primary objective is to grow, retain, and support print clients in local go-to-markets.  The Printer/Copier Sales Specialist drives new print business in the local market while managing a portfolio of active print-only clients. This role serves as the primary representative for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction through consistent business reviews and timely issue resolution. By monitoring account activity and identifying opportunities for upgrades, the specialist supports retention and growth objectives. Collaboration with internal teams is essential to deliver solutions that strengthen client relationships and maximize impact. Responsibilities Drive net-new print business in local market Manage and retain a portfolio of active print-only clientsServe as the dedicated representative for assigned print clientsConduct regular and consistent business reviews with clientsAddress and resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely mannerEnsure client satisfaction and build strong relationshipsMonitor account activity and identify opportunities for account upgradesCollaborate with internal teams to support client needsSupport Impact’s goal of client retention and growth within print services  Things We Are Looking For  The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Dependable and reliable, they demonstrate a strong commitment to their work. Additionally, they are tech-savvy, embracing technological innovation and quickly adapting to new tools and systems.  Experience crafting messaging for C-suite and VP-level decision makers. Have a general understanding of business challenges across different industries.  Requirements 5+ years of experience in Copier SalesHigh level of knowledge on copier leases and Kyocera and Konica print equipmentHigh level of understanding of the lease buyouts, upgrade, and lease return processAbility to work independently and communicate efficiently interdepartmentallyAbility to work with clients to understand issues and work internally and externally to resolveUnderstanding of Papercut, Printer Cloud and SMUA software agreementsProblem solving, Organizational, and presenting skills are required Why Join Us?Our purpose is people. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Impact, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
