About this team
The Brand Creative team functions as an internal creative agency for its many sides of the business as well as both internal and external cross-functional partners. It supports in the concepting and creation of marketing assets from digital to store to out-of-home (eg. billboards). It is a large team with dozens of talented creative people from copywriters and graphic designers through film editors and producers across the globe.
A day in the life:
In the role of Copywriter, you’ll be challenged with understanding the intersection between high performance products and the human beings who wear them. You’ll take that information and form a connection to our guests, evoking a feeling in just a few words. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Qualifications
2+ years of professional copywriting experience.A folio of work that demonstrates exceptional writing and storytelling skills, and experience across a variety of media, both digital and traditional.Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously and effectively juggling diverse writing demands.Demonstration of being able to write in a brand’s voice.Strong communication skills and a meticulous eye for detail.

Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $66,000 to $86,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
