In this role, you’ll create groundbreaking, social first campaigns on one of the worlds greatest tech brands. You’re someone who sees social trends before they’re trends and knows how to conceptualize, create and put things out into the world at the speed of culture.
You’ll be joining a diverse group of creatives that shift culture through work like Good Humor x RZA’s new take on the ice cream jingle, eBay’s Drive-Thru Authentication Station, and the KFC 11 Herbs & Spices Firelog. About you: We’re looking for a creative that has a passion for pop culture, technology and social media (including tech, music, fashion, travel, etc.) From IG to TikTok and Threads, we want someone who can take an idea from the concept to client presentation, and quickly to people’s feeds. We’re not just looking to make filler content, we want to make fun, witty, unexpected work that gets noticed and gets attention in the earned space. The kind of content you want to see in your feed. If you consider yourself a maker or creator, even better. We’re also looking for someone that has conceptual skills that could flex into everything from a campaign video to an earned activation. You will be joining a team diverse of creatives who are collaborative, curious, and kind. Responsibilities:High-level concepting, tactical program ideation and copywriting for a wide range of brand experiences, social content and marketing deliverables that generate conversation and brand engagement Own the brand story for our clients across all channels, maintaining a consistent voice and vision Create branded social content that is insightful, culturally relevant and inherently sharable Successfully communicate (present and sell-in) creative ideas and the strategic rationale behind them Collaborate with agency team members from creative, account, production, PR, strategy, planning and analytics to produce smart, powerful work Work closely with a project manager and production partners to schedule projects and coordinate production Prepare and present client creative presentations Work effectively with external vendors and internal colleagues to complete projects within timeframe and budget Basic Qualifications:2-4 years experience in marketing, advertising or social media Preferred Qualifications:Excellent short-form and long-form writing skills in a variety of voices and tones Solid grammar, editing and proofreading capabilities Willingness to push your craft, get your hands dirty and make great things Social fluency and a solid understanding of how to drive conversation and engagement across social channels A natural flare for the unique, the buzz-worthy and the culturally relevant Ability to think strategically and conceptualize creatively Strong presentation and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment $65,000 - $90,000 a yearAn employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
