Our client is looking for an experienced Copywriter to join their team and help them develop dynamic email campaigns that captivate audiences and drive customer loyalty.In this role, you'll have the opportunity to evolve the brand's tone, bring fresh ideas to the table, and ensure communications resonate with diverse demographics as they expand globally in the year ahead.Responsibilities: Write compelling and persuasive copy for eCRM campaigns, including emails, newsletters, and automated customer journeys. Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align messaging with brand guidelines and business goals. Adapt and refine the brand's tone and voice to effectively connect with new audiences and markets. Research and analyze target demographics to create relevant, audience-focused content. Monitor campaign performance metrics and optimize copy based on data-driven insights. Contribute innovative ideas to improve customer engagement, retention, and overall campaign effectiveness. Qualifications 5-10 years of copywriting experience, with a strong focus on the CPG industry. Proven expertise in creating copy for eCRM campaigns and knowledge of email marketing best practices. Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with attention to detail and brand consistency. Ability to adapt tone and style to different markets and target audiences. Strong collaboration skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Familiarity with eCRM tools such as Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar platforms is a plus.
