Job Description

The Copywriter is responsible for creating content that could be used across a Consumer Care communication channel. He/she write or review content for websites and for direct communications between the business and their customers.

What you will do in this role

As a Copywriter in our team, you will :

Check briefs from clients to ensure that the scope of the project is clearly defined, and the outcome is identifiedRefer, sometimes contribute to, Consumer Care communication guides to ensure that all content is consistent and respect the brand messaging and global consumer care guidelinesReview and or create communication guidelines for all contact channels (Script for Email/Webform, Script for Inbound/Outbound, Q&A Tool, Troubleshooting tool, Tone of voice for Social Media or Livechat)Re-writie and update information on websites and in company materials (Q&A tool, knowledge base, FAQ…)

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in the Copywriting / Content CreationPrevious experience in Consumer Care/Customer Care is a plus

English language - C2 levelUnderstanding the correct use of languageUnderstanding search engine optimization and best practices for online writingEditing and proofreading their own work and that of othersExceptional skill with the nuances of social media writing including using hashtags, emojis and acronymsConsumer-oriented mindsetGreat interpersonal skillsDetail-orientedProactivitySelf-organized
