Description As a Copy Supervisor, you will lead a team of writers and be responsible for developing and maintaining the brand voice across all creative executions. You will provide creative vision and organize copywriters to develop copy strategies that span the customer journey. Provide leadership to create consistent, overall brand voice and go-to-market strategies. Work closely with various cross-functional teams to produce communications that will effectively communicate key messages to our customers. Provide strategic focus and guidelines for copy, tone of voice and storytelling. Evolve copywriting for the brand through thought-leadership, passion for storytelling and a strong desire to contemporize the craft of writing. This is a hands-on manager role, you will write or oversee the writing of engaging and action-orientated copy for all marketing and selling channels including catalog, direct mail, print ads, collateral, website, landing pages, email, social, blog, TV, video and direct response channels. Requirements • Minimum of 7 years of experience in the Copywriting field, preferably within the Retail industry including team leadership • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud for designing and editing purposes • Demonstrable experience in creating compelling advertisements that drive customer engagement • Experience in enhancing brand awareness through strategic content creation • Strong ability to create content across various platforms, tailored to specific audience needs • Exceptional copywriting skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and engaging copy.
