As a Product Associate in Core Data Platforms, you play a crucial role in supporting the product development process and contributing to the discovery of innovative solutions that address customer needs. Job responsibilities

Supports the development of our product strategy and roadmap Collects and analyzes metrics on product performance to inform decision-making Contributes to solution discovery through collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify potential solutions that address user needs and align with business goals  Participates in product planning sessions, contributes ideas and insights, and assists in the execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely and successful product launches Collaborates with the product manager to engage stakeholders and define user workflows, requirements, stories, and customer value Lead the elicitation, documentation, and validation of business and data flow requirements, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and technical feasibility Impact assess business change initiatives to clarify applications and processes that require build and testing Define and the end-to-end build, testing, and implementation timeline across all applications

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area Developing knowledge level of the product development life cycle Exposure to product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition Emerging knowledge of data analytics and data literacy Ability to understand and clarify business requirements Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills as well as analytical/problem-solving skills  Proactive, self-motivated, and flexible with a positive attitude and excellent teamwork Effective time management: efficient at multi-tasking and able to work under pressure to deliver multiple business demands on-time, to a high-level standard  Experience in working with application development teams during build and implementation phases and in writing UAT Test Plans and/or Test Scripts, together with managing the user testing phase of projects
