**Position Summary**
The Core **Human Resources** (HR) Leader is responsible for unifying global talent acquisition, HR operations, and people systems into a cohesive function that drives business performance and employee experience with a significant focus on M&A. This role leads the development and execution of firm-wide strategies for recruiting top talent, optimizing HR systems and processes, and supporting a culture aligned with the firm’s values and growth objectives. The ideal candidate is a nimble leader dedicated to innovation, data-driven decision-making, and building high-performing, inclusive teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Trusted Advisor**
+ Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on all matters related to talent acquisition, workforce planning, data analytics and support M&A integration.
+ Lead cross-functional projects including M&A support, geographic expansion, and global workforce transformation.
**Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning**
+ Lead the firm’s campus and experienced hire recruiting strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
+ Build and maintain a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience from sourcing through onboarding.
+ Partner with business leaders to forecast talent needs and develop scalable, flexible recruitment models.
+ Oversee brand strategy and external partnerships to attract diverse, high-impact talent.
**People Operations & Systems**
+ Partner with the service lines to identify and support KPIs.
+ Lead the P&C Operations team in designing and optimizing HR systems, processes, and policies.
+ Oversee data architecture, analytics, and reporting to drive insights and continuous improvement.
+ Manage vendor relationships and lead ERP/HRIS implementations and enhancements.
+ Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations including India and Canada and other countries that may be added.
**Team Leadership & Development**
+ Build, coach, and lead a high-performing team across talent acquisition and HR operations.
+ Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-accountability culture.
+ Provide mentorship and career development opportunities for team members.
**Budgeting & Analytics**
+ Develop and manage budgets for recruiting and P&C operations.
+ Use KPIs and data storytelling to demonstrate impact and guide strategic decisions (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, system efficiency).
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
+ 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including talent acquisition and HR operations within a professional service firm environment.
+ Proven success in a matrixed, professional services or consulting environment.
+ Experience with large HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle, ADP), ERP implementations, and continuous improvement for the system.
+ Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and change management skills.
+ Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder management abilities.
+ Demonstrated ability to lead through complexity and scale teams across geographies.
**Preferred Attributes**
+ Workday and LCVista experience.
+ Deep understanding of external talent trends, thought leadership, and best practices.
+ Experience managing compliance in multi-state or global environments.

The salary range for this position is included below. Individual salaries within this range are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location. **Pay Range:** $170,600 to $250,000
