The Position

The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Commercial Team Leader to
oversee and guide our sales team in the field of Core Lab and Near Patient Care.
This role involves driving sales performance, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the team achieves targets in a competitive and rapidly evolving market.
The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with a deep
understanding of diagnostic products and the ability to foster a high-performing
team environment.
This is a field based role.


Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management:

Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives, fostering their professional growth and development.Set clear performance objectives and provide regular feedback through performance reviews.Conduct regular team meetings to align on sales strategies, share market insights, and address challenges.Develop and maintain a culture of accountability and motivation within the team.


Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement sales plans to achieve regional and organizational salestargets.Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective actions when necessary.Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop promotionalstrategies and campaigns that support sales objectives.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, andstakeholders in the diagnostics market.Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service, addressing issues andinquiries promptly and effectively.

Market Analysis & Reporting:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the Core Lab and NPC.Use Rexis as your default CRM tool reflect market dynamicsIdentify new business opportunities and support the team in expanding thecustomer base.

Who you are:
Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the diagnostics or healthcare industry.Minimum 4 years of experience in leading peopleProven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful sales teams.

Skills:

Strong leadership and team management abilities.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret sales data andmarket trends.Familiarity with diagnostic products and the healthcare industry is highly desirable.Strong presentation skills with value based selling confidence.Able to work with minimal supervisionA valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively are essential.May be required to be available for standby work (after hours) occasionally.
