About the location:
AMAALA is situated along Saudi Arabia’s northwest coast and is home to some of the most diverse natural environments. Marking a new chapter for comprehensive wellness tourism, Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay will feature 220 keys comprising of rooms and suites, as well as villas with their own private pools, and 26 branded residential villas, all thoughtfully designed to offer breathtaking bay and sea views. The resort will include a luxury spa nestled within its garden of tranquility and inspiration featuring a sculptured waterfall. The Organic Spa Garden will be a focal point and treatment experience set to stimulate the senses, offering extensive therapeutic remedies including halotherapy, cryotherapy, and advanced skin therapies. We are looking for a highly organized and guest-focused Core Manager to lead the integration and optimization at Four Seasons Resort and Residences. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for ensuring guest data is accurately captured, utilized, and leveraged to enhance personalization and service excellence across all departments.
What You Will Do
Oversee and manage the Core system, ensuring accurate guest data entry, updates, and retrieval.Train and support employees across various departments in effectively using Core to enhance guest engagement.Ensure seamless communication between Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments regarding guest preferences and requests.Analyze guest profiles, preferences, and stay history to personalize service offerings and anticipate needs.Monitor guest feedback and satisfaction trends, providing insights to improve service quality and operational efficiency.Maintain compliance with data protection regulations and ensure privacy standards are met.Identify system improvements and implement best practices for optimizing guest experience and operational efficiency.Support pre-opening activities by ensuring guest profiles and data are fully set up in the system.What You Bring
A degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.A minimum of 3 years of experience in guest experience management, front office operations, or a similar role, preferably in luxury hospitality.Strong proficiency in Core, Opera, or other property management and guest experiences systems.Analytical skills with the ability to interpret guest data and identify trends.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with multiple departments.A passion for guest personalization, service excellence, and operational efficiency.Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.What We Offer
