Job Description The Core Network and Facility Engineer is responsible for the efficient operation, maintenance, and management of core network systems and facilities to ensure optimal performance and reliability. This role involves proactive monitoring, compliance assurance, asset management, and collaboration across teams to support projects and drive continuous improvement.Responsibilities:
Perform network health checks and system/CDR backups,Perform corrective maintenance and restore network/system faults within SLASupport Engineering, TIER1 and TIER2 teams in issue resolution.Update site databases using CNFM digital tools.Monitor and collaborate with support units on building structure, equipment layout, electrical power, and air conditioning/ventilation and ensure site facility system availabilityMonitor network criticality and escalate threshold breachesAssist in monitoring asset changes and ensure protection according to standardsAssist in tracking and resolving corrective actions for findings.Monitor compliance with policies and procedures. and document, report, and address non-compliance.Identify and escalate operational concerns and improvement needs.Project support involvement; Review TSSR and MOP(Method Of Procedure), participate in surveys and provide input, check and monitor project progress and compliance, partiicipation in acceptance phase.Participate in trainings, meetings, cascades, and coaching/mentoring sessions.Participate in supplementary activities (audits, orientations, etc.).Collaborate and coordinate with other teams for fault restorations, corrective maintenance, project support, and implementations.Qualifications:
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Electronics Engineering or Computer Engineering.Licensed Electronics Engineers is preferred.Open to fresh graduates with IT background (Unix, web based HTML, php, Visual Basic macro language, Python and Data Studio ).Must be a resident of Tarlac City or any nearby municipalities and nearby provincesAutomation and scripting skills is a plusIP / IT work experience is a plusGood communication skillsCan work on shift schedule and willing to be relocated within North Luzon ( Dau, Cabanatuan, Talavera) if the need arises.Required membership in a professional organization (if any)Equal Opportunity Employer
