Job Description The CNFM PFM plays a critical role in managing and maintaining the organization's assets and facilities. This includes everything from facilities equipment and tools to buildings and support systems. The role requires a strong understanding of asset management principles, regulatory compliance, and operational best practices. The CNFM PFM will also be responsible for managing budgets, overseeing vendors, and ensuring the site operates efficiently and safely.Responsibilities:
Asset Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of organizational assets, including acquisition, maintenance, operation, and disposal. Optimize asset utilization, reduce downtime, control costs, and maximize the useful life of assets. Standards and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations related to facility management and energy management.Operations and Maintenance: Manage the operation and maintenance of AC and DC power systems, air-conditioning systems, and auxiliary systems. This includes health checks, troubleshooting, restoration, and preventive maintenance.Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for operational and capital expenditures. Track expenses, prepare budgets, allocate funds, and analyze variances.Vendor and Contract Management: Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners. Manage the procurement process, negotiate contracts, and track vendor performance. Site Management: Oversee the organization's facilities, ensuring a safe, efficient, and reliable environment for people and equipment. Manage building maintenance, physical space, security, and housekeeping. Competency Building: Participate in skills development programs, performance evaluations, and people engagement programs.Special Assignments: Participate in IT Service Management initiatives, special function roles, and emergency response teams.Equal Opportunity Employer
