Job Description Responsible for the effective operation of the IP and Transport layer, technical user interface, handling service requests, and assisting in the design, management, and operations of the Globe IP and optical network as a whole. Monitor the IP and Transport network to ensure that it is functioning according to design, and to ensure the availability of the network with minimal downtime

Design and implement DWDM/OTN network solutions to meet capacity and performance requirementsEvaluate and assess infrastructure readiness for DWDM equipment deployment. Evaluate technical requirements and design solutions that meet customer needs and align with network standards.Develop and maintain detailed circuit documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Monitor network performance using NMS tools, proactively identifying and troubleshooting issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute network upgrades and expansions.Collaborate with network planning and engineering teams to implement optimization initiatives.Participate in proof-of-concept (POC) testing to validate new technologies and solutions.
