TT analysis and reporting in all network levels such as Root Cause / Sub Cause analysis.Change request analysis and risk management.Handling, follow-up, and management of the internal and external procedures.Customer relationship management.Focus on improvement of the internal and external processes.SLA & OLA management.Network safety and security management.

Requirements:

Core/Roaming knowledge and experience in the field or FO teams.+3 years experience in the telecommunication industry.Knowledge in Core/Roaming/BSS/OSS for all vendors.Familiar with all types of switches, nodes, and routers in telecommunication networks.Familiar with managing service procedures and roles.Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).Can work under project pressure.Result oriented.Adequate English skills.
