WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Builds strong relationships across functions to ensure the organization understands and is accountable for its roles and responsibilities and is committed to driving positive health, safety, and environmental culture Leads hazard identification, environmental aspect identification, and risk assessment programs to identify strategic risk improvement opportunities and gaps in health, safety, and environmental compliance obligations Leads and develops the internal and external crisis committees and safety committee, support serious incident investigation and analysis Management and coordination of SHE activities in the factory Deploy the global/regional SHE strategy, policy, and standards in sites to achieve excellent sustainable results Follow up on the SHE performance indicators and report regular monthly and quarterly internal and external reports on time Develop, deploy & implement plans to improve driving safety, occupational safety, health, and environment records of the sites Work with regulatory bodies on ensuring the factory meet all local, national, legal, and Unilever standards on Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment Support the preparation of safety incident reports, conduct incident investigations, and complete necessary corrective actions Participate in external and internal SHE audits, coordinating necessary activities and informing relevant people in the organization Determine training needs and assist in the delivery of training programs Manage local EHS budget
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Must live in Corlu/Tekirdağ / Turkey Min. 4-6 years of professional EHS experience in FMCG manufacturing environment B or C class Safety certificate is a must Advanced in English Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize projects and task
