Your role and responsibilities
Reporting to the Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager of our plant, you will guarantee the quality of products and services delivered to our customers.
How to do it?
You will analyze processes, prior risks, the processing of internal and external non-conformities.
You will lead continuous improvement projects for our processes in order to maintain a high level of quality and traceability for our customers and to continually reduce the site's scrap levels.
Participating in the the management of complaints, field assessments, carrying out analysis, creating/monitoring indicators are just a few things you will be involved in.
You will create and keep the plant’s Quality documents up to date and Conduct improvements projects
Participate in carrying out internal and external audits
Contribute to the performance of the management system and the validity of all associated certifications
Ensure compliance with production standards in terms of quality and waste
Apply and enforce health and safety rules
Who are you?
You have a technical background, quality or engineering
You have proven experience in project management and supporting a 3-year action plans
You have good knowledge of the international standard for Quality Systems Management, problem-solving tools, continuous improvement (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, Lean-6sigma, etc.) and ideally risk analysis and failure prevention (AMDEC)
You have experience in working in cross-functional management
You are Fluent English - any additional language is a plus
