We are looking for a Senior Corporate Benefits Specialist who will administer and maintain the company benefits. They will act as a liaison between assiciates, vendors, and HR. 

Responsibilities Manage 401(k) plan annual audits, IRS 5500 filing, weekly funding process, reconciliation, and Non-Discrimination Testing (NDT)Manage the preparation and compliance of government filings and other tax-reporting requirements, including the Affordable Care Act (ACA)Lead and manage the Annual Open Enrollment process (i.e., set-up of plan design changes in UKG Benefits Admin, coordinates HR Train the Trainer sessions, etc.). Assisting in the development and delivery of educational materialsProvide responses to Corporate and field HR teams inquiries related to our benefits and procedures in a timely mannerCoordinate and reconcile monthly/weekly billingPartner with brokers and GSF’s Benefits Consultants to understand and solve complex benefits issuesAnalyze benefits reports to address errors and collaborating with payroll, HR, and IT teams for effective resolutionsTroubleshoot and resolve file integration issues, error reports, and enrollment system configurationsProvide suggestions for continuous improvements in associates’ benefits education and overall benefit processesDocument and maintain administrative procedures for benefits processesPerforms other duties as assigned Qualifications

Education / Experience

Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Human Resources, Education, or related field required from an accredited university and/or 4+ years of relevant work experience

 

Certifications

SPHR, PHR, SHRM-SCP or SHRM-CP preferredCertified Employee Benefit Specialist (CBES) preferred

 

 

Knowledge

Possesses comprehensive knowledge of broad HR/Benefits management subject matterGroup medical/dental/vision plan administrationRetirement/401(k) program administration

 

Skills

Strong analytical and reporting skillsExcellent organization and time management skillsStrong attention to detailExceptional communication skills, both oral and writtenProficiency with all Microsoft Office products and UKG (i.e., UKG Benefits Admin (PlanSource), UKG Pro, UKG Workforce Management (WFM))
