ABOUT THE ROLE
TW Metals has an immediate opening in our corporate office for a detail oriented Corporate Contracts Manager to oversee all contractual matters within our organization. The Contract Manager’s duties will include drafting and reviewing contracts, understanding and implementing regulatory requirements and negotiating contract terms. The successful candidate will ensure that all contracts meet legal requirements and align with company goals.
This position is available for both Exton, PA and remote candidates
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Oversee all contractual agreements for the organization.
· Review and analyze contract details to ensure they are in the company’s best interest.
· Negotiate contract terms with internal and external business partners.
· Monitor contract performance and compliance to identify any irregularities or breaches.
· Prepare and present detailed contract reports to management.
· Ensure that all contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies.
· Collaborate with various departments to ensure contractual obligations are understood and met.
· Manage contract renewal processes to ensure upcoming renewals are efficient and timely to minimize risk to the Company.
· Responsible for all company real estate transactions and negotiation with agents of new or renewing real estate leases.
· Responsible for financial reporting relating to contracts and compliance.
· Maintains and manages an accurate electronic record of all contracts (Contract Management Database) including key risk areas and the sending out of reminders to internal customers prior to expiry.
· Reviews contracts on a period basis to ensure commercial compliance and accuracy to duties performed.
· Ensures compliance with contractual terms and understands the need for broad reviews as appropriate, ie. enabled parties or most favored nations clauses.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
· At least 5 years relevant industry experience in a sales or a customer facing role
· Proven work experience as a Contract Manager, Contract Administrator, or relevant role.
· Excellent knowledge of contract law and regulations.
· Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to draft contractual agreements and clauses.
REQUIREMENTS
· BSc degree in Business Administration, Law, or relevant field.
· Meticulous attention to detail and ability to read and mark up complex legal documents is critical to this role.
· Ability to prioritize workload, be self-directed and self-motivated.
· Ability to proactively work on new projects and recognize and report business improvement opportunities.
· Possess highly effective communication skills which include verbal and written internally and externally.
· Metals, Engineering, Fabrication or similar commercial industry experience is preferred.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
· Excellent analytical and time-management skills.
· Ability to learn proprietary program (Metalware)
