Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Process Management:
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to meet their recruitment needs efficiently.
Candidate Experience:
Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates.
Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates and hiring teams.
Monitor internal applicant pipelines and collaborate to promote visibility of internal talent
Data and Reporting:
Utilize analytical skills to track recruitment metrics and generate reports.
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
Customer Focus:
Provide excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Partner with business leaders to provide strategic recruiting insights and data analysis
Qualifications:
Strong analytical and data reporting skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Advanced proficiency in English.
Strong customer service orientation.
Experience with recruitment software and tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a high-volume recruitment environment.
Familiarity with digital recruitment platforms.
