Job Overview Support business goals, objectives and strategies through the use of social channels and digital technologies. Help implement the company's engagement and communications strategy for one or more social or digital channels. Ensure digital activities are consistent with the company’s image and quality standards and are aligned with its policies and business strategy. Essential Functions • Implement content programs designed to achieve stated social media and digital business goals, and improve community and audience engagement • Create and/or post legally-approved industry-related written and rich media content for social networks; curate corporate content that can easily exist on multiple digital platforms; and share relevant third-party content • Generate and use quantitative and qualitative data to profile audiences, target messages and compile management reports on results and trends • Monitor digital platforms for policy violations, remove spam content, respond to reader questions according to approved standards, escalate when needed to management • Stay current on digital communications trends, and corporate and industry news and updates • Collaborate with other functional areas to build and test digital desktop and mobile communications’ assets such as social and rich media content, website pages, etc. • Update and train users to properly use the corporate Web properties in a regulated environment and maintain documentation such as Help Desk training, FAQs, etc. • Special projects and administrative support as directed Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree marketing, communication, journalism or related field Req • 1 year of corporate level experience in digital and social media projects, corporate communication and/or marketing Req Or • Equivalent combination of education, training and experience Req • Ability to interact with high-level executives and other managers across global service groups • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team and cross-functionally • Extremely organized and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, often virtual, environment • Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues • Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action • Strong writing, language and communication skills, and planning and organizational skills • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients • Prior experience using Google Analytics and Social Media Management and Monitoring systems IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
