Corporate Account Manager, Europe
As a Corporate Account Manager at IDEXX, you’ll be responsible for a number of Corporate accounts in Europe. This role is essential to build and execute plans as well as collaborate and manage the expectations of our internal and external customers.
Corporate Accounts have doubled in recent years, a trend which will continue; therefore, it is essential that we work effectively and proactively with our network.
In This Role:
Your day to day will be (but not limited to) – having meetings with key decision makers/influencers in customer leadership; this could be at head office, country managers, operation managers, clinical board leads, learning and development or marketing. It’s essential we are aligning with anyone who has decision rights with how their customers/clinics work with IDEXX diagnostics.
In addition, you will be:
The Strategic partner to the accounts – You’ll develop, evolve, and strengthen strategic partnerships and relationships.Coordinating with/across your accounts to meet the customer needs.Identifying business and economic challenges of the market in which the customer operates, recommending, driving, and implementing solutions.Collaborating with the Director of Corporate Accounts to develop strategic plans to develop the projects required to achieve success & facilitate delivery to the customer.Partnering cross-functionally across IDEXX Organization to facilitate and coordinate business, sales, and technical assistance in support of the Corporate Account business plans and programmes.What You Will Need to Succeed:
