What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark
• Does a reseller competitor check to keep the team informed and updated with current reseller and whole sale market trend
• Provides excellent service and technical support to Resellers and Corporate Account owners of Dreamscape Networks Ltd. in all means of communication including phone, chat, and email
• Maintains trust and establishes business relationship with resellers
• Keep records of existing and potential reseller clients’ products, developments, and any other initiatives supporting the growth of reseller channel
• Proactively reaches out to resellers to cater to their needs and offers promotional materials
• Contacts potential resellers to discuss and understand their business and explains the benefits of our reseller system
• Persuades potential resellers to sign up to our program
• Escalates urgent and complex issues with the ability of properly setting appropriate prioritization
• Meets or exceeds the domain order, hosting and solution bookings, and reseller sign up monthly
• Negotiates and prevents reseller from transferring out


Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.
• Must be at least 2 years in College
• Must have at least 6 months of experience as Customer Care Specialist
• Must have at least 6 months of experience as Sales Representative
• Must have excellent problem solving, leadership, and customer service skills
• Must have strong analytical skills
• Must have excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Must have knowledge in MS Office tools
