About the role:
Due to career progression, we are looking for an exceptional person to join our dynamic Healthcare Corporate Accounts team. Based in Melbourne you will be directly responsible for retaining and growing nominated National Corporate Accounts with a key focus on compounds and service growth within our specialised business segments of CSD, Endoscopy and Infection Control.

Key responsibilities will include:
Building relationships, ensuring key contacts are maintained through regular meetings and Executive Business Reviews.
Establish and meet Strategic Sales and profitability developing Business plans per Customer /Head office level across groups and regions.
Retain, Grow and Gain existing accounts by adding innovative solutions and maximising current products and programs.
Proactively plan and negotiate contract renewal, delivering our pricing strategy
Partner with and coach field employees to ensure initiatives are implemented
New business development, working with the account management team to win new customers and close new deals across our product portfolio within the Healthcare market.
Produce and present customer proposals including organising trials that demonstrate our ability to deliver our promises
Leveraging Innovation and business development within market segments.
Leveraging the unique Enterprise opportunity within Ecolab and collaborate across divisions to drive the benefits of a consolidated business model to our Corporate Groups
Travel including interstate travel and overnight stays.
By nature, you will demonstrate:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build, maintain and retain relationships
Excellent presentation and negotiation capabilities
A positive and enthusiastic approach to solving challenges to exceed client expectations
Be a self-starter with a positive desire to succeed
Ability to work cross functionally across a diverse company
Technically, you will ideally have the following:
Proven background in Business Development and Corporate Account Management
Ability to work at boardroom /c-suite level
Experience working within the Healthcare industry is preferred
A full unrestricted driver’s license
The role offers a high degree of autonomy and will suit a professional, well organised self-starter.
