Accountant
We are looking for a Staff Accountant to join our growing Corporate Accounting team. The Corporate Accounting team owns all P&L and Balance Sheet accounting (other than that related to revenue, accounts receivable, and deferred revenue). In addition to the management of monthly close and consolidation processes, the Corporate Accounting team covers a variety of challenging topics including capitalized software, leases, share-based compensation, investment accounting, commissions, and self insurance. The team has high visibility within the accounting organization and within the company.
As a member of the Corporate Accounting Team, you will perform a variety of tasks including expense accruals, cash accounting, intercompany accounting, payroll, and expense allocations and the preparation of necessary balance sheet reconciliations for accounts associated with these areas. Additionally, you will take part in performance of other Corporate Accounting tasks, depending on your interests and team needs. The ideal candidate is curious, eager to learn, detail oriented, and highly organized.

You will report to our Corporate Accounting Manager located in the United States.
You Will:
Support the monthly close and consolidation process, including preparation of journal entries and balance sheet account reconciliations. Provide analysis of variances between financial results month-over-month and quarter-over-quarter. Prepare corporate accounting schedules required as support for quarterly and annual filings. Work with our auditors as a representative of the corporate accounting team. Assist in the transition from a public to a private company. Perform all tasks following highest professional standards including SOX.You Have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting 3+ years relevant work experience Strong planning and organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks Detail-oriented to provide high-level of accuracy Positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow Ability to provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient with MS Office Excel Ability to analyze problems, develop/recommend solutions, and resolve issues Experience with GAAP, financial statements, and ability to understand technical accounting concepts and topics.Perks & Benefits:
