Assists in the monthly consolidation and reporting of all Parker divisions and subsidiary financial statements in accordance with Company policies and generally accepted accounting principles. Scope/ Supervision and Interaction: This position has no direct reports. Assists other department staff with their responsibilities. Provides technical accounting advice to global divisions, groups and corporate personnel and external auditors. Essential Functions: · Applies subject matter knowledge to prepare certain corporate ledger and consolidation system journal entries of moderate to advanced complexity with limited supervision. · Applies subject matter knowledge to prepare financial reports/analyses for management and/or department use. · Responsible for the accounting for certain subsidiary legal entities. · Assist Corporate Consolidations Manager with consolidation system admin as required. · Apply thorough knowledge of accounting to identify and initiate process improvements. · Assists with identifying potential issues and address them with managers for appropriate resolution. · Assists with Lease and Fixed Asset Accounting Parker is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
