Salary Exempt (United States of America)Reporting to the Corporate Accounting Director, the Manager will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing balance sheets, P&L statements and other financial reports. The Manager will assist the Director to enhance policies and procedures, prepare thoughtful analyses and reporting, and participate in the month-end closing of the corporate ledgers. The ideal candidate is motivated, a life-long learner, and values process improvement. This is a high-visibility role that provides robust experience in different areas of the Company. You will have the opportunity to partner across the organization and prepare reporting for senior leadership.Key Responsibilities
· Maintains financial records and ensures that financial transactions are properly recorded.
· Ability to research, understand, and develop thoughtful points of view as it relates to accounting standards and updates.
· Help manage the relationship with internal and external audit.
· Assist in preparing internal and external financial reporting.
· Assist with the annual plan process.
· Prepare balance sheet reconciliations for key accounts.

· Demonstrated experience in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and process improvement.
· Highly self-motivated with a positive attitude.
· Ability and desire to take on a variety of projects and prioritize competing priorities.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting,
· 4+ years’ experience in industry and/or public accounting firm
· Excellent understanding of and ability to research US GAAP.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet challenging deadlines.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills.
Preferred Qualifications (what will put you ahead)
· Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation in good standing.
· Experience in manufacturing or related industry.
· Experience with data visualization and consolidation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, OneStream, Hyperion / HFM).
