**Summary:** Meta is seeking a Corporate Accounting Manager to join our Finance team. This is a full-time position on our Compensation & Benefits Accounting pillar, within our Corporate Accounting team. In this position you will have the opportunity to shape the future of Meta's Compensation & Benefits Accounting people, processes and technologies. **Required Skills:** Corporate Accounting Manager Responsibilities: 1. Lead a team of 4-5 individual contributors, with a remit of global payroll & benefits accounting. 2. Oversee an accurate and timely close process for all global regions. This role may include operational review responsibilities over accounting transactions including journal entries, account reconciliations and variance analysis. 3. Deliver high-quality and timely reporting as part of the quarterly SEC reporting cycle, including management reporting, insights and analysis. 4. Ensure compliance with key controls and audit requirements, and provide accounting support to our statutory compliance teams. 5. Design and implement scalable accounting processes related to month-end and quarter-end financial close. 6. Provide operational and risk management oversight of the work performed by our outsourced partners. 7. Lead projects to identify, design, test and roll-out new financial reporting systems and tools. Partner with our global team to optimize worldwide processes, systems & controls. 8. Nurture effective business partnerships and manage service levels with third party service providers. **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 9. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related fields. 10. Recognized accounting qualification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA). 11. 10+ years of accounting experience, including relevant experience within the payroll / benefits accounting function of a large organization. 12. Superior planning, interpersonal, executive communication and presentation skills. 13. Team player and leader who enjoys working as part of a larger team distributed across multiple geographic locations. 14. Computer and analytical skills, including proficiency in MS Excel (experience with Oracle ERP and/or Hyperion Essbase is an advantage) 15. Superb attention to detail yet possesses an understanding of the 'big picture' and the importance of risk mitigation and an effective controls environment, including data privacy. 16. Organized and thorough with desire for continuous improvement. **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 17.
