This role is hybrid with on-site expectations in Ann Arbor, MI 3 days per week. Work will be required during early mornings, nights, and weekends. Purpose:
You will drive the success of Executive Education by managing key accounts, supporting Distinguished Leader Certificate candidates, overseeing program portfolios, and responding to inquiries. Reporting to the Managing Director, Digital & Open Enrollment Programs, you will help achieve growth goals.
You will cultivate corporate and individual accounts, set and achieve growth targets, identify client needs, propose tailored solutions, and ensure successful outcomes. Your understanding of the competitive landscape, program content, market trends, and Michigan's value proposition will allow you to position our offerings and provide competitive analysis.
You will collaborate with faculty to enhance satisfaction, potentially develop semi-custom programs, and establish relationships with participants to drive awareness, repeat visits, and referrals. While this role is in-house and occasional travel will be required.
Open Enrollment Account and Ross Certificate Candidate Management
Manage selected corporate accounts and assigned Ross Certificate candidates to enhance relationships, grow enrollments, and achieve business development goals. Conduct needs analyses and consult with domestic and international managers, executives, and decision-makers on management education and professional development solutions.Collaborate with Ross Marketing and Communications to market programs and ensure enrollment targets are met. Develop and execute business development plans, including identifying and proposing opportunities for semi-custom programs, coaching, speakers' bureau services, and corporate university support.Write proposals and create/deliver presentations to prospective and current clients.Portfolio Management for Assigned Programs
Build relationships with faculty, staff, and participants through attendance at programs and events to identify future business opportunities and improve marketing and communications. Partner with marketing leaders to develop and analyze multi-faceted marketing plans; adjust strategies based on results to maximize program visibility and enrollment. Work with program managers and faculty directors to create program pro-formas, oversee budgets, and meet margin targets. Represent the department at events through networking, speaking, and presenting to promote open enrollment opportunities.Required Qualifications*A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience Five (5) years experience managing corporate accounts to build relationships, grow business and achieve enrollment or sales goals in a complex matrixed organization Experience in program management, including overseeing and growing client portfolios and meeting defined metrics Experience collaborating with marketing teams to develop marketing strategies Experience in roles requiring regular presentation and engagement with managers and senior-level leaders in medium to large organizations Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point) and database applications, i.e., PeopleSoft (or comparable system) Modes of Work

Salary Information: The posting range for this position is $81,000 - $104,600. This position is eligible for a sales incentive program with the potential to earn additional compensation above the base salary. This posting range reflects multiple factors involved in determining compensation, such as skills, experience, training, certifications, and other organizational needs. At Ross, it is not common for new hires to be offered a salary at the upper end of the range. Compensation decisions are based on the details of each situation.
