What you will be responsible for

As Corporate Actions Senior Associate you will

Act as a senior member of an operating team providing support and control over complex and time critical corporate action events and transactions.

Provide training and coaching to team members

Assist managers by prioritizing the workload and ensure daily tasks are completed

Ensure effective risk management by coordinating or completing end of day management reporting and ensuring timely escalation and resolution of pertinent issues.

Act as a subject matter expert support on projects and initiatives aimed at improving the corporate action product.

Provide coverage in the absence of team member or First Line Manager.

Deliver effective client service

Work on projects related to process improvement, control environment improvement, and automation

Education & Preferred Qualifications

Successfully completed economics studies, completed banking training or comparable educational background is a plus

Professional experience in corporate actions of a depositary or a capital management company for at least 4 years is a plus

Good expertise in the field of corporate actions and general meetings in the German market, as well as very good SWIFT experience is a plus

Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially MS Excel

Very good knowledge of German and English
